Quoted for truth, that is likely the reason why Bloodlight switched out Backbreaker and Bulls Strike for Earthshaker and Hammer Bash for games two and three.

On topic, I think the big turn arounds of the match were pally dropping, the moral boost evil got towards the end of the match, and the NPCs getting catted. Overall a spectacular battle between two great GvG guilds.

He is holding the fellblade not for striking or the purty factor- but rather the -5 energy attribute tagged on the weapon. Domination mesmers that steal/drain energy are one of the most powerful classes in GvG. In short they progress the game by draining energy from key targets. The only way to prevent this from happening is either a: Interrupt or b: hide your energy with focus swapping. For casters it is easy to hide around 20 energy by swapping to your negative energy set (usally a -5 weapon + -5 en +3 en scroll) and at high levels of pvp it is extremely important that are able to do this comfortably. There are other benefits from doing this other than saving energy- for example you can mitigate damage from an energy burn/surge by switching to a - energy set.

Te still should have won the match, I just figure that they were all a little to stressed and flustered once Pally dropped. If Te can learn to play calmly with one member down they will be able to handle situations like that.

I found that the biggest turn of events was Trex missing the cata on EvIL's NPC's at VoD. Had both teams NPC's been wiped out I think Te could have taken them in a straight up fight, even without Pally. Still, excellent play by both team. Would have loved to see Te win though.

Hopefully the reconnect option is implemented soon. =\

I fell asleep after 15 minutes. I wish they added a fast forward feature. I didn't notice anyone err'ed out during that time, or did they? Anyways, all I knew was that Evil won and it was a good game.
